I would suggest going to Heritage Mtg, Inc.in Chino Hills, CA They just closed our loan at 175% loan to value, very much upside down.
Most lenders would not do this loan becuase the Desktop Underwriting was coming back a level 3 and it was an investment property. We were told over and over again that the maximum loan to value was 125% It took a little longer because there appears to be a huge surge in these HARP 2.0 loans but overall we are pleased and saved a great deal of money.
We had tried other lenders and were declined so I am pleased.
